Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking a Floor Person to ensure condemned product is promptly removed and floors and drains remain clear in accordance with USDA, OSHA and company requirements.

You will work as part of the Team, participate in ongoing development of team concepts, programs and policies, and support company standards while maintaining a safe plant environment. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and PPE use.

Qualificações

• Industry Experience: working knowledge of a processing facility.
• We value military experience and welcome veterans to join our team.

Responsabilidades

• Locate and promptly remove condemned products near major walkways, drains and standing water.
• Deliver product to condemned container.
• May be required to clean floors using a handheld water broom.
• May be required to monitor and maintain the free flow of all drains in the production area.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports BE.S.T. practices and team meetings.
