• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards by trained associates.
• Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback, coaching, and training.
