Avenue at Stow is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (LPN or RN) to provide direct care and support to residents in a brand-new, private-room facility. You will work with a caring team to deliver quality care in a welcoming environment.

We value reliable, skilled nurses with strong clinical abilities and clear communication. CPR certification is required and the role includes opportunities to contribute to care planning and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)
• One year of long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours

Responsabilités

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams
• Participate in care planning and assessments
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance
