Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Floor Hand I to support well-servicing rig operations at our Texas sites. You will work under the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher to perform assigned tasks and ensure equipment is maintained and safe to operate.

The role requires basic rig equipment knowledge, a willingness to learn, and the ability to meet a flexible schedule. Reliability and physical readiness are essential for success in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Valid state driver's license, CDL, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment.
• Competent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Understand RES concept of Stop Work Accountability.
• Learn RES safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in Meet and Greet at location sites.
• Attend JSA/DWP and tail gate meetings as scheduled.
• Operate rig equipment – slips, tongs, and elevators as directed.
• Understand mud pump and fluid handling operations.
• Assist in pulling and running rods and tubing.
• Assist in pipe tallying, rigging up and down and nippling up and down BOP units.
• Keep work site, equipment, and tools clean and in good working order.
• Lubricate and adjust equipment as needed.
• Identify hazards and perform Behavior Based Safety Observations.
• Understand energy isolation procedures.
