Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is searching for a Floor Hand I responsible for duties related to well servicing rig operations. Working under the supervision of the Rig Operator, you will maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of experience on a well servicing rig, and the ability to perform manual labor. Competitive compensation and benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience preferred for well servicing rig.
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks associated with the operations of a well servicing rig.
• Keep work site, equipment, and tools clean.
• Report all incidents immediately.

Skills

Ability to learn RES safety policies and procedures

Basic understanding and ability to operate rig equipment

Ability to identify hazards

Ability to perform manual labor

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Education

6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred

Valid state issued driver’s license or CDL
