Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Floor Tech to maintain floors in a long-term care facility. You will clean, buff, and refinish surfaces while ensuring safety and quality in resident areas and common spaces.

This role supports a clean, welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will follow infection control policies, document floor care activities, and interact professionally with residents and colleagues.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.

Mansioni

• Perform floor care tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of floor care activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
