Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry-level Floor Care Technician to maintain hard surfaces and carpet at client sites. You will operate floor machines, perform cleaning tasks, and uphold quality standards under supervision, representing Carlson professionally on-site.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment on various floors.
• Must be able to work night shifts or very early hours when needed.
• Good vision (near, distance, color, peripheral) and focus adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor machines and perform cleaning tasks.
• Sweep, vacuum, and debris cleanup at client sites.
• Clean restrooms and perform quality control checks.
• Assist with new hire training and on-site supervision as needed.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and staff.
