Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Floor Technician at the San Angelo location. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment in a full-time schedule. Training is available if needed, and prior floor-care experience is preferred.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, with hours Monday–Friday and occasional weekends according to interview details. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or similar role preferred
• Willing to train for the job
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore hard-surface floors using stripping, refinishing, burnishing and spray buffing procedures
• Operate industrial floor care equipment and clean large floor areas
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning and spot treatments
• Carry out maintenance/restoration for all floor surface types
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned
