Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and prior floor care experience. Candidates should be able to read and follow written instructions and operate buffers, extractors, and scrubbers. Strong safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous floor care experience required.
• Able to read and write and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of stripping, waxing, and burnishing floors.
• Familiar with equipment such as buffers, extractors, and scrubbers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet in offices, patient rooms, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, and public areas.
• Operate floor care equipment and perform related light maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
