Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in floor care maintenance.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment and handle chemicals safely.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor incl. lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of floors using appropriate machines and cleaning agents.
• Apply floor finishes, sealants, and coatings to protect and enhance floor surfaces.
• Inspect floors for damage or wear and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and polishers safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with clients or supervisors regarding floor conditions and service schedules.
