Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Preferred: Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify Manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff
• Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, floors, walls, equipment
• Move items to clean areas as needed
• Clean interior partitions, windows, blinds, restrooms
• Gather and empty trash
• Perform seasonal tasks as needed
