Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Floor Tech to keep floors clean and well-maintained in a long-term care setting. You will handle cleaning, buffing and refinishing floors, operating floor care equipment safely, and maintaining records of activities. You will engage residents and staff with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

The role emphasizes infection control, safety, and reliability, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development within a supportive team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Floor care experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Follow instructions and interact professionally with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Perform floor care tasks including cleaning, buffing and refinishing floors in rooms and common areas.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of floor care activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned.
