Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at Community Hospital of Stokes in Danbury, NC. The position covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment, with on-site training and safety protocols provided.

You should have prior floor care experience, knowledge of stripping and waxing floors, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care technician experience preferred.
• Experience operating floor care equipment including stripping and waxing.
• Must follow safety procedures and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
