Job summary

Nazareth Home in Louisville is seeking a Floor Technician to join our Environmental Service/Maintenance team at the Clifton Campus (2120 Payne St). You will be responsible for floor upkeep and related light maintenance, supporting the cleaning staff as needed to keep areas safe and well-maintained.

The role requires 1–3 months of related experience; buffing and cleaning experience are preferred. Join a nonprofit eldercare setting with strong community impact.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months related experience and/or training required.
• Buffing experience preferred (1 year).
• Cleaning experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore floors across the facility.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (lights, remotes, etc.).
• Assist cleaning staff as needed to ensure sanitary, safe environments.
• Support grounds upkeep as part of the maintenance team.
