Job summary

Tuscany Gardens, a skilled nursing facility in Pataskala, OH, is seeking an Experienced Full-time Floor Care Technician to help keep our facility looking beautiful. This position is Monday through Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning per policy, infection control, safe use of equipment, reporting malfunctions, and performing floor care and carpet cleaning. We offer daily pay, health/dental after 90 days, and a competitive wage based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a floor care technician within a healthcare setting.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning schedule following facility policy.
• Follow infection control procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Ensure safe use of housekeeping equipment and proper labeling of chemicals.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and report to supervisor.
• Observe infection control procedures in the Housekeeping Department.
• Perform floor care on tile floors using appropriate machines and chemicals.
• Strip and wax floors as required.
• Be flexible with hours and shifts as floor care assignments demand.
