Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking an entry level Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and carpets at client locations. You will work under limited supervision, collaborating with team members and representing Carlson in a professional manner.

The role requires weekend availability, and involves lifting up to 45 pounds, early morning shifts, and driving or reliable transportation to multiple sites. This position offers 35 hours per week with a 6:00 am–11:00 am schedule.
