Job summary

HHS is seeking a Floor Care Technician to join the Bon Secours Southampton Memorial Hospital housekeeping team. This part-time role offers hourly pay and shifts based on facility needs, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include floor cleaning, buffing, bonneting, stripping, and extraction, while adhering to established procedures. A team-oriented, professional appearance and reliable English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, buffing, and bonneting procedures to maintain floors.
• Perform floor stripping and extraction projects as assigned.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices; provide friendly service to hospital staff and patients.
