Qualifications

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Janitorial Cleaning - Floor Care division. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Pay for this position is based on experience, up to 50K Annually .

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular carpet shampooing;
• Perform extracting;
• Strip floors;
• Finish floors;
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in basic janitorial work ; carpet and floor care
• Familiar with floor care processes (i.e. strip away, carpet cleaning, scrub/wax, and buffing, etc.);
• Able to lift up to 50lbs;
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time;
• Strong verbal and comprehension skills;
• Have a clean driving record
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screening
