Job summary

Join Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) as a Floor Tech, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness in a long-term care facility. You'll clean, buff, and refinish floors, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

If you have a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions effectively, we want you on our team! Previous floor care experience is a plus, but you will receive the necessary training to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of floor care activities and report issues.
• Follow infection control policies for a sanitary environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
