Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Colorado Springs is seeking a Floor Care Attendant to maintain and clean flooring and carpets throughout the resort. The role supports guest experience with attention to safety and cleanliness. Pay is $17.25 per hour with immediate openings for full-time, part-time, and flexible schedules.

Required duties include vacuuming, carpet care, chemical safety, and guest interactions. Applicants must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for long periods; position may require

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling based on business demands
• Criminal background check and drug screen required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, spot removal, and carpet cleaning across the resort including public areas, stairwells, and guest rooms
• Pile lifting to maintain flooring within resort standards
• Occasional bodily fluid spot cleanup
• Read and follow material safety data sheets for chemicals and use them accordingly
• Report maintenance issues in public areas
• Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
