Qualifications

• Floor care experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment and cleaners.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and adhering to safety standards.
• Familiarity with floor care chemicals and proper application practices.
• Knowledge of maintaining and using floor care machinery and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Strip, scrub, sweep, refinish, and buff tiled floors using appropriate equipment.
• Vacuum and spot-clean carpets; perform cyclical cleaning per project schedule.
• Work on weekends/evenings for special projects; assist with walls, furniture, ceilings cleaning.
