Aventure Staffing is seeking a dependable Floor Care Technician for an evening shift in Mankato and St. Peter, MN. You will maintain and restore floors, using professional equipment, with a focus on safety and customer-ready spaces.

This part-time role offers steady evening hours, paid training, and the opportunity to work independently across multiple sites while contributing to a clean, welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have reliable transportation between sites.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain floors using professional equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).
• Strip, wax, and polish floors to restore shine and extend their lifespan.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent wear and damage.
• Inspect floors and report any issues to your supervisor.
• Travel between two nearby locations (Mankato & St. Peter).
