Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Production Lead to serve as a point person for the Shift Supervisor and Manager on the Wisconsin manufacturing floor. You will oversee plastic injection molding machines and coordinate changeovers to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous team-leader experience in manufacturing.
• Two years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Forklift test pass and safe daily operation.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Physically able to lift 30-40 lbs and push/pull/reach up to 50% of the time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Purpose of Role: The purpose of the production lead is to serve as a point person and assistant for the Shift Supervisor and Manager. • Prepare the floor for each shift by ensuring machines, materials, and components are ready.

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous experience as a team leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Must pass forklift driving test and operate safely daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Physically able to lift up to 30-40 lbs and perform job duties that involve pushing, pulling, and reaching up to 50% of the time.
