• Manages classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals.
• Follows absent teachers lesson plans
• Maintain a safe and effective learning environment for students
• Develop meaningful lesson plans that are tailored to interests of the group and focus on play, forming connections with children, and support a developmental curriculum.
