Inspire Early Education is hiring a Floating (Substitute) Child Care Teacher to support multiple Harrisburg and York County centers. The role requires regular travel between sites, with a full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include creating a warm classroom, implementing play-based learning, and fostering child development while maintaining state standards. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and 2,500 hours of child care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 2500 hours professional experience with children (Required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus!)
• Experience in a childcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements

This is a full-time position, and we are seeking a Floating Certified Teachers for our Harrisburg & York County Childcare Centers (addresses listed below). This role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, so reliable transportation is a must.
