Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist to serve residents in Rockland, Camden, Searsport, and nearby communities. The role supports assisted living, independent living and memory care with a focus on high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a current SLP license, is eligible to practice in Maine, and can collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary rehab team. Per diem schedule offers flexibility and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive SLP services in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Possess a current SLP license or be license-eligible to practice in the state.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide SLP services in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab settings.
• Work with nursing staff and other therapists to support resident goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services.
• Be flexible with hours and locations as assigned.
