Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring a Float Speech-Language Pathologist to support Anderson, Kokomo, and Indianapolis locations. This full-time role offers opportunities to provide transformative care across patient populations in neuro, trauma, and ortho, with a focus on evidence-based practices and collaboration with Ascension St.

Vincent. Packages include mentoring, MedBridge courses, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of aCAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc).
