Job summary

Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. in Hastings, MI is seeking a Custodian Floating, full-time, Monday through Friday, to support Hastings Area Schools. You will maintain clean facilities, follow GRBS processes, and serve students and staff with courteous care.

The role requires reliability, team spirit, and the ability to work varied shifts (9:00am-5:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm). Pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits after probation and opportunities for advancement within our GRBS family.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Team player and dependable.
• Self-motivated with reliable transportation.
• Able to work Monday–Friday in Hastings Area Schools.
• Must meet school district background requirements (no theft, violence, or drug-related offenses).
