Job summary

Banner Urgent Care in Tempe, AZ seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures in accordance with department policies, supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves floating across Zone 3 clinics and working a full-time, 12-hour shift schedule with days variable, including weekends.

You will assist with exams, patient prep, PPE use, sample collection as needed, and ensure accurate documentation and timely communication of results.

Qualifications

• Requires certificate or diploma from an approved Radiology program.
• National ARRT certification and state licensure as applicable.
• BLS certification required; CPR for all ages.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs prescribed radiographic procedures per policies and protocols.
• Assist clinicians and nursing staff; ensure accurate patient care documentation.
• Educates patients/families about procedures and expected care.
• Coordinate pre-certifications, referrals and scheduling of tests and treatments.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and proper equipment sterilization.
• Ensure accurate medical records and timely billing information.
