Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Floating Physician Assistant to support multiple Raleigh-area clinics. You will deliver patient-focused care across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine, providing leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires PA board certification, MSN or higher, strong communication, and experience with EMR and Microsoft Office. You will join a dynamic team and enjoy competitive pay, bonuses, CME allowance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• PA board certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and primary care services across clinics.
• Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal and suturing.
• Conduct orthopedic evaluations and manage related care.
• Review x-rays and coordinate with radiology.
• Provide dermatology and eye care as needed.
• Interpret EKGs and manage emergencies.
• Support pediatric and occupational medicine services.
• Participate in telemedicine and cross-clinic coverage.
