Job summary

Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center is seeking a floating phlebotomist to join our compassionate team. You will perform venipunctures, label samples, and ensure accurate processing while maintaining a safe, respectful patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a phlebotomy certification and at least two years of hands-on experience, with a willingness to travel to various clinic locations and adapt to schedule changes on short notice.

Qualifications

In this role, you'll do more than draw blood, you'll help ensure each patient has a safe, respectful, and reassuring experience. From confirming identity and performing venipunctures to labeling and processing samples for lab analysis, your attention to detail will support quality care at every step. You'll follow strict safety and documentation standards while also creating a clean, well-organized workspace.

Requirements

We'd love to meet someone who brings phlebotomy certification, 2-5 years of hands-on experience, and a strong understanding of lab processing. Familiarity with medical terminology, functional medicine, and CPR is a plus.

This is a floating position that requires travel to various office locations based on operational and staffing needs. The Float Phlebotomist must be able to travel between locations as assigned and should be prepared for schedule or location changes with limited notice.

Required Education and Experience:

• Willingness to learn and engage with principles of functional medicine.
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems and databases preferred
