Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center is seeking a floating Phlebotomist to join our patient-centered team across multiple office locations in Pennsylvania. You will perform venipuncture, label and process samples, and ensure safe, accurate procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

We value reliability, warmth, and strong teamwork as you travel between sites to support lab operations and patient care. A phlebotomy certification and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

In this role, you'll do more than draw blood, you'll help ensure each patient has a safe, respectful, and reassuring experience. From confirming identity and performing venipunctures to labeling and processing samples for lab analysis, your attention to detail will support quality care at every step. You'll follow strict safety and documentation standards while also creating a clean, well-organized workspace.

Requirements

We'd love to meet someone who brings phlebotomy certification, 2-5 years of hands-on experience, and a strong understanding of lab processing. Familiarity with medical terminology, functional medicine, and CPR is a plus.

This is a floating position that requires travel to various office locations based on operational and staffing needs. The Float Phlebotomist must be able to travel between locations as assigned and should be prepared for schedule or location changes with limited notice.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of phlebotomy experience or related experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Willingness to learn and engage with principles of functional medicine.
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems and databases preferred
