Job summary

Albertsons Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to provide direct patient care and wellness services within a community-focused environment.

You will support disease state management, optimize therapy, and contribute to patient-centered care that strengthens relationships with customers. You must hold an active pharmacist license in at least one state, be able to work diverse shifts, and participate in immunization programs.

Qualifications

• Deliver patient care services directly to pharmacy patients.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
• Must have active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice.
