Job summary

Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Patient Care Associate (Float) to support Nursing Administration. You will perform basic and advanced Nursing Assistant duties under the direct supervision of an RN/LPN, following established policies and guidelines.

Phlebotomy will be taught on the job; a High School Diploma or GED is required, CNA preferred, and BLS certification is expected within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CNA certification is preferred.
• BLS certification is preferred upon hire but must be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced Nursing Assistant skills under the direct supervision of an RN/LPN according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department and the Medical Center.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Phlebotomy will be taught on the job.
