Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per‑Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to float across Senior Living Communities in Camden, Union and Rockland, Maine, delivering compassionate therapy in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.

You may also work in our sub‑acute/skill‑nursing rehab department. The successful candidate must be licensed or license eligible, with strong computer skills and a collaborative, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Provide therapy services in Senior Living Communities or sub-acute facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Possess a current OTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

A Per‑Diem floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is available in multiple Senior Living Communities in the Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in Camden, Union and Rockland.

A Per‑Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant is also available in our sub‑acute/skill‑nursing rehab department.

Rate

Good Faith Rate Range: $30- $35/hr
