Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at two Houston tax credit properties. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and coordinate all aspects of the move-in process while promoting resident retention.

Under the Community Manager, you will execute on-site marketing, build community relations, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. Prior sales or leasing experience and Yardi proficiency are valued assets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management software (Yardi) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform market surveys and competitive analyses to drive occupancy.
• Develop on-site marketing and referral programs to attract qualified traffic.
• Maintain applicant and move-in paperwork and ensure file compliance.
