Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider seeks a Floating Supervisor to manage janitorial operations across multiple client sites. The role entails planning, organizing and directing the cleaning teams to meet high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising 5+ employees.
• Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to interact with management, guests, associates and clientele.
• Must be flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 4 years in janitorial services at large facilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of cleaners at client locations with Operations Manager.
• Engage onsite clients to ensure high satisfaction across tasks.
• Assign daily tasks based on need and skill level.
• Inspect work to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Serve as primary onsite point-of-contact for the cleaning team.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure daily satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new associates.
• Lead and develop the team, supporting their growth.
• Motivate the team across shifts and keep focus on duties.
• Coordinate cleaning for call outs.
