University of Tennessee Medical Center Hospice Services in Morristown, TN seeks a Float Hospice Aide – CNA to join the team. The role provides patient care under RN supervision and supports activities of daily living, mobility, bathing, grooming and meals during home visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current state certification as a nurse assistant.
• CNA experience within the last 2 years, or complete training if longer since.
• Current CPR certification and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living during visits.
• Perform household services to support patient health at home.
• Participate in QAPI process by reporting issues as needed.
