Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is expanding and seeks a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in the North Georgia region. You will deliver patient-centered urgent and primary care, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, while providing leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility to collaborate with teams across clinics, handle diverse cases, and support high patient volumes with a focus on rapid, quality care.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification required
• MSN or higher degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures (toe nail removal, foreign object removal)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review and may over-read x-rays with Radiologist
• General dermatology care
• General eye problem assessment
• Interpreting EKGs
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN care
• Treat children of all ages
• Occupational medicine duties
• Telemedicine consultations
