Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a fast, friendly Family Nurse Practitioner to work across multiple clinics in the Northeast Florida region. You will deliver patient-focused care, including urgent and primary services, telemedicine, and occupational medicine, adapting to a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an FNP certification, MSN or higher, and demonstrates excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP with active Florida license and current continuing education requirements.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a patient-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and primary care across multiple clinics in the Northeast FL region.
• Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal, suturing, splinting.
• Review and over-read radiographs with radiologist where applicable.
