Qualifications

• Submit to background check and health screening.
• Understanding of child development.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 35lbs.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom climate.
• Follow center policies and state regulations.
• Assist the teaching team in quality communication with families.
• Follow cleaning, sanitization, and disinfecting standards.
• Engage in individual and center professional development to ensure continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
