Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Floating Director of Food and Nutrition to oversee dining operations and elevate patient and guest experiences across Florida markets. The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and the ability to manage P&L while empowering frontline teams.

Must reside in or relocate to the Orlando area and be willing to support accounts throughout the Florida market as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High-volume food production and catering experience.
• Experience managing budgets and driving financial results.
• A desire to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within Morrison Healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field preferred.
