Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, sociology, criminal justice or family studies.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment background investigation is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate CPS investigations and assess safety and risk to children and families.
• Provide case management services for children and families and complete required contacts, visits, and court reports.
• Develop safety plans, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and coordinate with local offices and counties.
• Perform after-hours responses to CPS emergencies on a rotating basis.
