We are looking for a full-time Early Learning - Floating Program Director to support our child care and preschool programs.

Hours
  • Our centers are open 6 AM - 6 PM. Full-time employees work 40 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Support center directors and preschool teachers in daily operations and lesson planning
  • Assist with licensing and compliance
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood or related human service field.
  • Previous experience with children, and this does not have to be in a childcare center. Examples include volunteering with children, being a former or retired teacher, etc.—any of these are acceptable ways our staff gain experience with children.
  • Willingness to go through (and pass!) the required clearances and training to ensure the safety and security of our children, including: four clearances, mandated reporter training, a physical, and TB test. This can typically be accomplished within a week to get you started.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. The children grow!
  • Capacity for sitting, standing, walking, bending and stopping for long periods of time, as these happen throughout the eight-hour day.
