The role involves working a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend options, handling a high daily volume, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This dynamic retail setting offers flexibility and steady hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient with RX30 pharmacy management software (a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process an average daily volume of 500 prescriptions using RX30, ensuring timely and safe dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists to maintain a high level of customer service and operational efficiency
• Manage retail pharmacy workflows and provide guidance as needed to support team performance
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, company policies, and best practices for pharmacy operations
• Serve as a floater between Shenandoah and Fredericksburg locations, adapting to each sites specific needs and maintaining consistent quality standards
