Responsibilities

• Verify color using the color panel after each pass.
• Change finish or notify supervisor when a change is required.
• Sand and reapply color for repairs as needed.
• Sand, inspect, and repair parts as needed.
• Clean and organize the workstation at end of shift.
• Complete daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly checklists.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, use a ladder, and stand for an entire shift.

Description

All employees must wear safety glasses at all times. (Non-prescription safety glasses will be provided by Indiana Furniture.) Hearing protection and work gloves are available upon request. Individuals accepting job assignments with Indiana Furniture must be able to work during scheduled work hours on a regular basis.

Finish Floater (Repair/Touch-Up) - must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
