Job Details:

A Janitor is responsible for keeping the workplace clean, organized, and disinfected. The requirements listed below are responsibilities and skill requirements.

• This is a part-time position, scheduled five (5) days per week, with the following hours:
• Floater
• Location: Los Angeles, California
• Must successfully pass a Live Scan background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work weekends and overnight hours.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning for extended periods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms.
• Wash restroom floors, walls, partitions, and fixtures.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.
• Inspect restroom facilities and ensure dispensers are properly stocked and functioning.
• Report non-operational restroom fixtures, maintenance concerns, vandalism, and safety hazards.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness around restroom areas.
• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures.
• Drive a company vehicle to service assigned park locations as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers to the disposal area.
• Clean trash and snow from sidewalks if necessary.
• Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies in stock and, if applicable, request missing materials from your supervisors.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or conditions requiring maintenance.
• Maintain a cleaning chart indicating the areas that were cleaned and inspected.
• Follow safety and precaution rules.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
