Job summary

B&T Building Services in Johnstown, PA is hiring a Mobile Custodian (Floater) for a second‑shift role that covers multiple job sites. You will perform cleaning tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness across locations.

The position offers a consistent 3 PM to 11 PM schedule, 40 hours per week, paid weekly at $23/hour, plus drive time, vehicle allowance and a gas card. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k)/403(b) plan and potential profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple sites to perform cleaning tasks.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, restroom and break-room cleaning.
• Ensure sites meet cleanliness standards before leaving.
• Coordinate with Area Manager on supplies.

Duties

• Travel to various job sites as needed to cover for absent team members. Perform cleaning tasks such as:
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
• Restroom and break‑room cleaning
• Dusting and garbage removal
• Ensure each site meets our cleanliness standards before leaving
• Communicate with the Area Manager regarding site needs and supply restocks
• Bring a proactive approach to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
