Job summary

Valley Health System in Wayne, NJ seeks a clinician (NP/PA) with 3–5 years in primary or urgent care to provide expert clinical care and guidance in a multidisciplinary setting. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, coaching for other providers, and potential research leadership.

Requires graduate from an accredited PA or NP/FNP program, BLS, and readiness to participate in on-call or weekend coverage. Base salary is generously complemented by productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving.
• Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Serve on call and/or weekend as required.

Responsibilities

• Contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure high quality care.
• Provides expert guidance and coaching to patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Leads clinical practice, research, and systems improvement in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
