Job summary

New Horizon Academy Prior Lake is seeking a passionate Float Teacher to support our early childhood classrooms. This role offers a stable full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with a wage range of $20.55 to $25.30 per hour (DOQ).

The ideal candidate brings at least 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA and a team-centered attitude. You'll work with children, collaborate with staff, and grow as an educator in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, per MN Rule 3.
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday.
• Must meet state guidelines and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background check required per state regulations.
• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to perform essential job duties.
